Ignition 2bright Pint FC150 IP

I bought three of these to replace our 3 x 650W Quartet floor lights. To be honest I wasn't expecting too much and was pleasantly surprised when I first switched them on. The beam angle is phenomenal, lighting all the back wall and most of the fixtures in the rig above. Scrolling through the preset colours, I found them to be vibrant and mostly accurate, the only real problems being with the darker greens and blues which appear to be slightly underpowered - reds yellows cyan magenta and open white are all punchy and look good. The dimming curve on the pre-programmed colour chases is quite jerky almost staccato but when connected to a dmx desk it becomes smooth and even, right to that last 1% to off - I'm impressed! However - I do have one major gripe with these fixtures and that is the barn doors - trying to focus LED's is like herding cats at the best of times but these barn doors are screwed into the front of the fixture and will not rotate - This is a real downer for theatre work and I hope that they release a replacement barndoor that DOES rotate. The menu screen appears to be touchscreen - waiting to see how that holds up in a student environment. Anyway the pros outweighed the cons and I purchased another 16 fixtures to go up into the rig.. Lets hope the units are built to last for a few years.

Finally found a decent led fixture to replace incandescent theatre lanterns. Nice wide spread, fairly even spread, slight halo so barndoors are needed. I would happily replace 650w fresnels with these. Bonus that these can be used outside too. Would be nice to see a bigger version of this soon, so Thomann can you make a 250 or300w version to compete against a1000w halogen? Nice feature of detachment for truss clamp. Very happy with these as I have spent years testing different LED par can style fixtures to find one I really like enough to replace tungsten halogen lights. Thanks

Diese Scheinwerfer verwenden wir nach Empfehlung eines THOMANN-Mitarbeiters in einem 30qm-Kirchenraum, da sie fast lautlos betrieben werden (weder beim Farbwechsel, noch dem allgemeinen Betrieb konnten wir lautere Geräusche wahrnehmen).

Die Scheinwerfer sind solide und schmal gebaut, sodass sie nicht negativ auffallen. Die Bedienung über das verbaute Display ist zwar möglich, jedoch kompliziert - das Einstellen von DMX und die Bedienung darüber ist hingegen angenehm.

Die Helligkeit ist für dunklere Räume überragend gut, bei viel Tageslicht verfliegt der farbliche Effekt jedoch.

Wir hatten als Band bisher zwei kurze PAR 56 mit Leuchtmittel GE PAR 56 300W WFL. Das reichte um nicht im Dunkeln zu stehen. Diese Scheinwerfer sollten abgelöst werden.

Wichtig war mir ein für die Musiker halbwegs erträgliches Frontal-Licht. In dem Kriterium fallen die meisten LED-Systeme gnadenlos durch. Es grenzt für mich schon an Körperverletzung wenn man von der Bühne 7 sonnenhelle Punkte im Blickfeld hat. Deshalb sollte ein LED-Scheinwerfer mit Diffusorscheibe her. Die sorgt für eine gleichmäßige Lichtscheibe wie bei meinen PARs - so ist es gut und so soll es sein. In der engeren Wahl standen noch ADJ Encore Burst RGBW IP und Eurolite LED Theatre COB 200 RGB+WW.

Licht muss man sehen. Also auf nach Treppendorf, gut beraten worden und am Ende fiel meine Entscheidung für den Ignition 2bright Pint FC150 IP.

Der Abstrahlbereich ist ein runder Kegel und damit vor allem vertikal größer als der ovale WFL-Kegel. Für die kurze Distanz reichen zwei Scheinwerfer für eine kleine Bühne. Für die RGBW-Variante hatte ich mich entschieden weil ich das warme Licht des auf 30% gedimmten PAR als Frontallicht sehr mag. Da sind wir natürlich sehr weit unter 2700 Kelvin. Mit dem Halogen-Leuchtmittel im direkten Vergleich habe ich diese RGBW-Tupel als äquivalent für verschiedenen Prozentwerte ermittelt: 10:(255 126 0 18), 30:(255 147 0 30), 50:(255 159 0 44), 100:(255 159 0 59). Der Farbwiedergabeindex ist natürlich dann nicht so toll aber für mich reicht es und Fotografen mochten es auch.
Die Wasserdichtigkeit wurde durch zwei Regenschauer auf die Probe gestellt - bestanden.

Das Einzige was ich vermisse ist eine Gammafunktion. Im DMX ist der Schritt von 1 auf 2 visuell etwa so groß wie von 127 auf 255. Das ist bei der Konkurrenz aber auch so.

Fazit:
Die 2 in Treppendorf gekauften Scheinwerfer haben sich als vollwertige Nachfolger der PAR 56 WFL bewährt. Inzwischen habe ich noch weitere 2 gekauft. Zur Not hat es sogar für eine große Aulabühne noch gereicht. Da die Scheinwerfer recht breit abstrahlen, waren zwei Scheinwerfer hinten als Fluter im Einsatz.
