Disappointed at first, but happy after a year.
A year ago I ordered a few of these tuners and one came with threads that didn't work so I ordered a replacement which worked perfectly.
After a year of use these are the tuners I will put on all my instruments.

Great upgrade to cheap guitars
Nice straight replacement for my Harley Benton ex model.
Only feedback: they were a little stiff at first and the gear ratio is a little rough for fine tuning, particularly in lower tunings.
