I got this floor tom as an addition to my maple kit, which has 10", 12" and 14" toms. At first it was hard to make it work with the other toms, but once I put the same type of head on all of them, this tom started killing it! It also looks very good because of the glossy finish. The build quality is superb, as expected from Gretsch. For the price, this drum is a steal!
