As usual got the perfect support from Thomann.
I had a bit of a concern on the weight of the guitar as it is a solid body but it came in at a perfect weight for me around 4kg.

So about this guitar for me it’s all about the feel and the playability and the sound and this guitar hits the spot right on. Didn’t buy the guitar to be show cased hanging on the wall like a black beauty because it’s just too expensive and too heavy to play a gig for 3 hours.

So on the ecstatic yes it doesn’t shine as a gloss finished guitar but I think the idee is that overtime it will buff out from playing and has a more aged look. So if you are looking for mint glossy guitar this isn’t for you. But for me for some reason to guitar rings more and the satin neck feels amazing even with sweaty hands. It just feels different than a regular 50 neck.

And the greeny pickups are just really dynamic and versatile if you play around with the volume pot and tone you can go from jazz to Metal.

On quality of the finish yes there are some bits and dots on the binding that could be done better for the price you pay but okay nothing serious that affects the playability and lets be real it’s all handcrafted.

So what could be improved “Gibson” give us back the old guitar case with the pink blanket because it’s just looks cool lol.

Finitions loin d'être parfaites

Globalement je suis satisfait de cette guitare, mais à ce niveau de guitare, j'ai reçu une LesPaul avec des micros sales (un produit à coulé dessus?) et des frettes qui sortent de planimétrie... avec des rayures sur les frettes, pour ne pas dire sillons, dans le sens du manche. Les frettes n'ont même pas été un peu limées et polies.
Pour une guitare de plus de 3000€ c'est inadmissible de la part de Gibson!

La seconde douche froide vient de Thomann qui me dit que dans un cas comme ca, je dois faire avec. Qu'à force de jouer les frettes vont se polir...
Si nouvel achat il y a, à la moindre imperfection sur la guitare, celle-ci retournera directement à son envoyeur jusqu'à ce que j'ai un modèle digne du prix payé.

Ich schreibe normalerweise nie eine Bewertung, aber das muss ich jetzt mal loswerden. Ich habe wirklich eine Menge Gitarren, alleine über 20 Les Paul´s aber das ist eine Frechheit was Gibson da abliefert. Das Binding macht jeder Tischler im ersten Lehrjahr besser.
Mir fehlen die Worte. Einfach schlecht anders kann ich es nicht bezeichnen. Und die Decke hat mal so gar nichts mit AAA zu tun. Überhaupt kein Vergleich mit den Fotos.
