Affordable moving light with gobos

The Fun Generation PicoSpot 45 LED is a strikingly small and relatively inexpensive moving light which, impressively for this price point, also features a gobo mode. A colour wheel in front of the white 45-watt LED provides colourful light, which is emitted as a relatively narrow beam. A further special feature of the PicoSpot 45 LED is that it can be operated via remote control, which is also included in the scope of delivery. The spotlight also comes with a mains cable, an omega bracket for mounting on a ceiling or truss, and even a screw-in eyelet for a safety rope. For moving light effects that sweep from bottom to top, the spot can simply be placed on the floor.

Maximum show effects in a compact package

The Fun Generation PicoSpot 45 LED works with a white 45-watt CREE high-performance LED and delivers daylight white to a colour temperature of 8000 Kelvin in a narrow beam set at an angle of 13°. Additional features include a colour wheel in front of the LED, which can produce seven colours plus white, and seven static gobos plus open. Measuring just 162x242x174mm and weighing in at only 3kg, the PicoSpot 45 LED can be controlled using the menu keys on the device, a DMX lighting console, or the remote control device included in the delivery. The latter requires visual contact with the corresponding infrared sensor, which is located on the base of the spot, on the right, just above the display. The remote control function can be used to activate seven pre-programmed shows, the strobe function, and the music control function, or to set colours and movements manually.

For artists and organisers alike, the Fun Generation PicoSpot 45 LED offers an array of pre-programmed shows that will add a sea of colour to any event. The spotlight's luminosity is best suited to small stages or event areas and, thanks to the compact nature of the moving heads, touring entertainers and DJs can take their own moving light with them wherever they go. The compact housing can be accommodated on even the smallest of footprints and, courtesy of the remote control facility, artists can control the beam live from the stage while the show is in progress. The low power consumption of 70 watts also means that minimal load is placed on the electrical system. Once the show is over, the compact spotlight can be easily carried back to the tour bus. Event organisers and restaurateurs looking to suspend the PicoSpot from the ceiling can mirror the display so that it is easily read from below.

For optimum results, the sensitivity of the sound-to-light function should ideally be adjusted to the music volume using the menu buttons in the base. An additional interesting effect can also be created with two facing PicoBeams by inverting the pan and tilt functions – a feature that is also activated in the menu – enabling mirror-inverted movements to be executed when both spots are operated identically and thus producing beams that move towards or away from each other and making running lights twice as impressive.

If one would replace the fans of this thing with low noise counterparts then I would give it a higher recommendation. The gobo's and the colours are not always in the place they should be which is annoying. To loud for theater use. A pity

After no more than 5 events both of the moving heads just stopped working. THEY ARE DEAD. Its not electricity problem, everything inside is okay but its not turning on. Most likely its because of humidity...

très bon produit ,le seul hic c'est les sous menu pour les réglages incompréhensible du grand n'importe quoi !
sinon très content , performant , un plus pour le réglage de l'intensité lumineuse !

télécommande difficile a faire fonctionner sur la lyre !

Je reviens donner mon avis après 2 ans d'utilisation.
les 2 Lyres sont en panne de la vrais daube !!! pourtant toujours transporter avec soin dans leurs cartons d'origine et toujours nettoyer après chaque prestations !

2 retour en sav sur les 2 lyres l'une après l'autre, gobo hs, puis 3 jours plus tard après retour sav, moteur roue couleur hs, perte de synchronisation maître /esclave dmx inopérant .... retour des 2 lyres encore une fois.
passé votre chemin.....
