Perfect original product (3-ply: white, black, white)

Perfectly fitting original product; it lines up perfectly with the original screw holes in the body of my American Standard. Not sure if the guitar originally came with separate string holes, but I in any case prefer the one big hole, for ease of fitting new strings.

Be aware that it is a 3-ply back plate (white, black, white); you can see it in the picture, but it is not clearly described as such.

If you need screws (like me): they are the same as the ones for the pickguard, so you can just order a set of Fender Pickguards Screws Chrome right with it.

Good quality. Easy to install. Easy to replace / change the strings. I installed it on Strat from year 2005/2006. I suggest to buy a set of new and shiny Fender original pickguard screws together with the tremolo cover to achieve the best looking result!

Used to replace the original tremolo cover (that was a little worn out) on an American Standard Stratocaster.

Pros: Fits perfectly, high quality, not very expensive - why even bother to find a knock off?

I got this tremolo cover as a replacement for the original tremolo cover of my Fender Classic Player 70's Strat. The Strat comes originally with a pure (not layered) white cover, that didn't fit to the optic of this nice guitar.
After I got the cover I engraved the name of my father (he gave me the guitar) as memory. This is very easy, because of the layers white / black / white you can easily engrave the top white layer and have a fantastic black writing. Very similar to the material that is used for nameplates on doorbells (I you know what I mean)
Exchanging the cover is very simple by removing six screws. Overall nice part for a good price
