Well packed shipment. No damage, a guitar ready to be played. It sounds and looks great. Came with a suitcase of decent quality. Overall a wonderful budget acoustic. Stays in tune and plays very easy due to a good done setup. Action is not to high and no fretbuzz. I know you can get this guitar cheaper in different stores but with Thomann you get a three year garanty with it.
