Voor Cort GB Modern 5 string

EXL170 zijn mijn favoriete snaren.
Ik heb de Cort GB Modern 5 string. Volgens de specs zijn het deze snaren (SL super long) die er standaard op stonden. Ik heb dus geen risico genomen, en de EXL170SL bijbesteld, en niet EXL170.
Het scheelt ocharme 5 euro, maar ik heb voor dat verschil geen zin om de "gewone" te bestellen, om dan te constateren dat ze te kort zijn voor mijn instrument.

Ik bespeel een 35" scale length bass en heb in het verleden verschillende snaren geprobeerd, maar conclusie is iedere keer geweest: niets klinkt beter of blijft langer goed dan deze snare van Daddario

I bought these for a Warwick bass that I have had trouble getting strings for in the past, they are the right length and I had no trouble getting the low B into the bridge and string saddle. With a bit of adjustment to the bass for the new string type I tried them out and they feel and play brilliantly, a lot smoother than steel strings and much deeper and richer sounding as the bass itself is quite punchy anyways. They seem to keep their "new" tone longer than Ernie Ball and other strings I have tried. I will be staying with these strings in future.

I've been using Daddario EXL170-5SL strings on my bass and I'm impressed with the smooth performance and rich tone they deliver. The strings feel great under my fingers, not too harsh, and provide a solid tone that's deep and rich. I've had no issues with the length, and they fit perfectly on my instrument. The sound quality is excellent, and I appreciate the consistency of these strings. I've tried them on different basses, including a Warwick, and they've always performed well. With a bit of adjustment, they feel and play brilliantly, a lot smoother than steel strings. Overall, I'm very satisfied with these strings and would recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality set.
