Something this small and affordable has no right to be so well made, sound this good and have so many handy features.

I have the ASP800 preamps as well, and the combination of the two units basically leaves it up to your mic placement and recording skills.

Im not going to say it will sound like a Neve console.

But - you can get a world class sound, nothing to be ashamed of, depending on your actual recording skills. This piece of gear will not be your bottleneck.

If you are a home recordist who wants to later expand to more mic inputs, but keep it simple - this is the one.
