Very high quality, high price.
I bought this to replace the standard jack in my Ibanez SR bass, which was a bit loose after more than 15 years of plugging and unplugging. The jack is excellent quality (feels better than the Ibanez part), it dropped right into my bass and the jack plug of the guitar cable clicks in securely when plugged in.
You can use a multi meter to find out which terminal is hot and which are for ground, but this info can also be found online, since this is such a much used part.
The price is very high for 'just' a jack, which is why I deducted one star, but you only have to buy one every twenty or thirty years.

Don't buy anything else but this.
Do not try the cheaper jack inputs, use this instead. Easy to solder, rock solid, nut fits really well, good snap when plugging in a jack, a delight.
